Catalyst worked with S-A Studio to renovate a home on the Milwaukee River in Glendale, WI. S-A Studio gave almost full control of the design to Catalyst, including space planning, schematic design and permit drawings for the city of Glendale. The existing 1920's era 1.5 story green cabin was totally re-designed to become a 2.5 story modern cabin with a front porch and large walk out rear deck.
Catalyst worked closely with the owner to plan the renovation to suit the specific needs of their large family, including young children and frequent guests.
